ShopperPress - Terms and Conditions

This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and "Premium Press Ltd." Purchase, installation or use of any Wordpress theme provided by "Premium Press Ltd" signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Theme Licensing and Usage

Our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license, you may not re-sell our themes under any circumstances. Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.

2. Payment and Delivery

All our payments are processed by Avangate. After your payment has successfully been received and processed, you will received an email with download instructions. If you do not receive an email after 1 hour please contact us with your order ID and we will investigate this for you.

3. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any products offered by "Premium Press Ltd", modified or unmodified. All products are property of "Premium Press Ltd". Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

4. Theme Support

We provide support for paid customers only. You must provide evidence in the form of a order ID when contacting us for support requests.

5. Theme Updates

All themes are consistently updated and designed to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress (currently 2.9) downloaded from WordPress.org, but we give no guarantee that older versions of my themes will run with future versions of WordPress. Updates and new versions for any theme purchased by Premium Press are distributed free of charge for any current theme owner.

6. Selling "Premium Press Ltd" Theme Powered Website's

If you are a WEBSITE FLIPPA or SELL a website with a "Premium Press Ltd" theme installed YOU MUST buy a new license for each website which is given to a new owner. They must be made aware that the themes are provided by "Premium Press Ltd".

7. Refund Policy

Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after a theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.

8. Warranty

"Premium Press Ltd" does not warranty or guarantee themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations.

Friendly Reminder

Please remember that I am a single developer who is strongly dependent on sales from ShopperPress for my livelihood, and upgrades to this script. Thus, if a lot of people buy ShopperPress, then it's very likely to be upgraded a lot more in the months and years to come, and you'll reap the benefits of these upgrades. I generally put 100% of the income from sales back into development.
